Glenn and I met Jeanne as we were walking out of the Happy Italian restaurant one evening last week. She handed me a beautiful long stem red rose. I told her I would need some roses for a small wedding reception at my house the following week. She called to see exactly what I needed and had it ready within a couple hours. The roses were absolutely gorgeous. She is very accommodating and a pleasure to do business with. No more online orders other than through A Floral Affair for me.

The arrangement was beautiful. We were not home at the time of delivery. The gentleman delivering the flowers was kind enough to leave them with a neighbor. He also called the home phone to let us know the flowers were with a neighbor. I thank him for this.

I had originally ordered through a larger website that canceled my order hours before delivery. These guys saved the day and got my flowers there on time. Defiantly be my florist in future

The plant was small - even though I ordered the premium plant size. I would have been willing to pay more (2x) to get a much larger plant but that was not an option. Thought the plant was pretty and healthy, I would have liked to had the option for a much larger plant

I do apologize you were not satisfied with the size of the bromeliad plant. Those particular plants come in 4in or 6in pots as they are a more expensive plant. We sent out a 6in and normally pre covid the 6in plant would be alot larger in size. Covid has just affected everything including plants and flowers. I do apologize. Next time you order call in and ask for myself, Jeanne DiLeo. I will be more than happy to make it up to you. We appreciate your business and stay safe.

In future please call shop if there is a problem. I only had pink hydrangea plants for holiday and there are many shades of pink in flower world. You received a 10 in plant which was an upgrade due to fact that was only size I could get with virus. This order was double the value. We aim to please

We do apologize and this is first I’m hearing of order missing add ons. Mother’s Day is a busy time and Human error happens. I will look into matter and refund accordingly. In future if you could call shop to inform us so we can fix right then and there. We appreciate our customers and try to please always. I’m happy to hear that we were able to give you same day delivery on Sunday of Mother’s Day. We were only shop open that Sunday and working with Skelton crew due to virus. I recently bought a plant for a friend’s birthday, he’s a plant Fanatic, three days later he’s texting me saying thank you again, saying how beautiful his plant is and what a great addition to his office that this plant will make, this is my second order from this flower shop, a girlfriend sure did love her flowers that were delivered to her home, the coronavirus had her feeling blue, Jeannie and the Floral Affair are a first rate business and I will continue to patronizing there shop

I live out of state and a close friend lost her Mother last week. Although the bouquet was beautiful I specifically chose this shop because of their same day delivery option. Unfortunately the flowers were not delivered for two days which was disappointing as I was unable to reach my friend in person and give my condolences.

I sincerely apologize and My driver could never get anyone on phone at the number for recipient and since it is no contact delivery if they don’t answer text or phone he is instructed to bring back to shop. On a normal day minus a virus we would wait or ring and knock but today it’s porch and no contact with anything to ensure the safety of my family. I’m truly sorry we should have said that and I believe it states on my website but if not I will make that clear. In future if you would call me I could have brought back in evening after hours.

I do apologize but with virus flowers are super limited,even the grocery stores have almost empty coolers. With the virus we can't ship from other countries where all florist even the groceries order from. My website should have stated that. Virus has affected a lot. Again I apologize I did my best,wanted to bring you joy. We can redeliver in future when things open. I cant promise when that will be due to shipments out of country. It is not worth risk right now. Be safe. We love our customers. Now is just terrible for all. We appreciate you. Hopefully you return as customer.

This is the absolutely best florist I have had to work with. My 1st experience came months ago when I dropped in and needed a floral arrangement as I was on my way to watch my friend ring the bell for her last chemo treatment and only had about 15 minutes. Within that short amount of time they produced a beautiful affordable arrangement for me.

The arrangement I ordered was nice, but don't believe it was the best it could have been. I had ordered the top of the line arrangement and when received it appeared to have been the same as if I had ordered the arrangement at$150.00 then the one I paid for at $250.00.
